The Street Lighting & Highway Electrical team has been recognising colleagues who really shine when it comes to our values, through the monthly Golden Node Awards.
Throughout 2023 our people on the Milestone Streetlighting contract have been nominating colleagues for their exceptional efforts, directly from the contract sites using a QR code and Sharepoint.
The awards, held on 24 November recognised our overall winners on the Milestone Streetlighting contract:
People – Engaging and empowering everyone to deliver and grow award went to Steve Green, Electrical Jointer and Paul Green LV Approved Person & Qualified Supervisor.
Delivery – Helping deliver our clients business needs went to Steve Simmons, Agent.
Integrity – behaving respectfully and in a sustainable manner to the individual, our communities and the environment, maintaining accountability and honesty in the way we work went to Sam Gherardini, Commercial Assistant and Meena Ahiah, Administrator.
Safety – for their commitment and dedication to social value throughout 2023 went to Seb Perrin, Street Lighting Electrician.
Marlon Clark, Site Delivery Manager on the Milestone Streetlighting contract received special recognition for his efforts, and the overall winning spot for 2023 was shared by two worthy nominees, Steve Green and Paul Green for their commitment and dedication to social value throughout 2023.
