Milestone Infrastructure, a part of M Group Services’ Transport Division, is proud to have re-secured a place on the Eastern Highways Alliance Framework 4 (EHA).

Milestone has been awarded both Lot 2, for projects valued £5m -£30m and Lot 3, for projects valued over £30m.

Re-securing its place on the EHA will see Milestone continue to deliver highways and infrastructure improvement projects for EHA Local Authority members, building on the successful delivery over the previous four years.

The framework begins in early 2025 lasting for a four-year term, with the ability for a further two-year extension. The scope of works will include structural work, surfacing, road works and capital projects.

Through the EHA, Milestone will use its extensive civil engineering expertise to deliver projects for longstanding clients including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex County Councils, Peterborough City Council, Central Bedfordshire Council and Thurrock Council.

Its continuing position in the Alliance also opens the opportunity for Milestone to support EHA Local Authority members for the first time, including Kent, Norfolk and Hertfordshire County Councils.

The EHA procurement model aligns well with Milestone’s collaborative approach, bringing its experience and expertise to the alliance, adding value and delivering better outcomes for the local authorities.

In its shared commitment as part of the EHA, Milestone will work collaboratively with its partners to drive biodiversity and carbon reduction plus introduce innovation to deliver best value to Alliance members.

In addition to highways improvements, Milestone will tailor its social value initiatives to meet the needs of each community where it will deliver projects and benefit communities through local employment opportunities.

Anthony Brown, Regional Director at Milestone Infrastructure, said: “We are delighted to have been re-selected as a long-term trusted partner to the members of the EHA.

“We’re looking forward to building on our relationships with members and delivering some exciting projects through the EHA to positively impact local economic growth through local supply chains and workforce while reducing carbon emissions and improving biodiversity.”
