Milestone Infrastructure, a part of M Group Services’ Transport Division, has been awarded a place on the fifth generation of Hampshire County Council’s Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework.
The framework, which will run for four years, will see Milestone extend its long-standing relationship with Hampshire County Council, which began in 2017.
The framework, which is open to several local authorities, means Milestone will be delivering services widely across the south of England.
This recent win upholds Milestone Infrastructure’s position as one of the leading civil engineering contractors in the south of England.
Working in collaboration with its framework partners, Milestone is committed to delivering fully embedded, innovative and integrated delivery solutions while undertaking civil engineering projects valued up to £25 million.
Throughout the framework, Milestone will work to support the contracting authority, Hampshire County Council, and the local authorities, in its shared goal to provide solutions to reach its carbon strategy aspirations, while continuing to deliver social value, supporting the local people and the communities of Hampshire.
Milestone Infrastructure is committed to reaching net zero, across all its operations, including its supply chain, by 2040.
Sean Murphy, Regional Director at Milestone Infrastructure, said: “This is a key win for our business, and further cements our longstanding relationship with the Hampshire County Council GEN team and the supporting local authorities that have access to the framework.
“The GEN framework is a pivotal part of our growth aspirations in the south of England. The framework aims to work collaboratively, delivering a common goal which aligns with how we work with our clients, so is an ideal fit for both parties. We are pleased to continue our commitment to provide Safer, Greener Highways for Hampshire County Council and can’t wait to get started on this framework.”
