The Inclusive Top 50 Employers is a dynamic and exclusive resource that has identified the most inclusive companies across the nation.
Our position of 45, announced at The Excellence in Diversity Awards, recognises our continued focus on creating an inclusive workplace across all strands of diversity.
Across our business, we recognise and value the benefits from our workforce diversity. Our Network currently compromises of three networks, our Women’s Network, our Pride Network and our Inclusion Network, who work individually and collectively to create and run initiatives across our business and further into the communities in which we operate.
This has included initiatives ranging from internal webinars to our attendance and support at Pride events.
Throughout the year, we have led a cultural shift within our business, from our Military Accelerated Programme (MAP) to support Ex Armed Forces Personnel into work, to our Family Friendly Policy.
Conscious Inclusion workshops have now been delivered to over 70% of our people, providing practical skills to our colleagues and will have reached everyone by the end of 2024.
