We were delighted to come together to celebrate our people at the third annual Beyond Expectations Award ceremony.
An opportunity to recognise the people and teams that have delivered exceptional performance and results across M Group Services over the last year, our 2024 ceremony brought together colleagues from across our business at One Marylebone, London on Wednesday 20 October.
This year, we were thrilled to be joined by John Amaechi, well-known and respected organisational psychologist, best-selling author and public speaker, who introduced the ceremony with an inspiring talk for our award nominees.
The ceremony celebrated individuals across 19 awards, from the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Client Delivery’ Award, to the ‘Rising Star’ Award, with some new categories for 2024, including ‘Apprentice of the Year’ Award.
Andrew Findlay, Chief Executive Officer at M Group Services, said: “These awards recognise those who have gone above and beyond, demonstrating remarkable commitment, creativity and leadership.
“They are a testament to the incredible talent within our business and they all provide us with inspiration.
“The hard work, dedication, collaboration and innovation of all our people is what helps us continue to exceed expectations and set new standards of excellence, safety and client service for which we’re known.”
Across M Group Services, we are passionate about engaging and empowering our people, which is key in our ambition to deliver essential infrastructure services for life.
